A Complete Portfolio for Emissions Control System Integration
Product Overview
EcoCAT Systems offers a full range of supporting equipment that complements our SCR, SNCR, HRSG, and DOAS systems. By providing these components through our in-house engineering scope or closely managed supply relationships,
EcoCAT serves as a single-source integrator for complete emissions control and energy recovery system packages — simplifying project execution, accountability, and long-term support.
Equipment & Systems
Afterburners
EcoCAT designs and supplies afterburner systems for applications requiring supplemental combustion to maintain thermal oxidation temperature or to combust low-heating-value waste gas streams. Afterburner design is coordinated with downstream SCR or heat recovery equipment to ensure the complete combustion train performs as an integrated, permit-compliant system.
Ductwork & Flue Systems
EcoCAT provides custom ductwork and flue system design and supply for emissions control system installations. This includes expansion joints, insulated duct sections, transition pieces, and flue gas distribution components required to route exhaust from the combustion source through SCR or SNCR treatment and to the stack outlet.
Stack & Flue
EcoCAT designs and supplies exhaust stacks and flue components for industrial and power generation applications. Stack design accounts for dispersion modeling requirements, continuous emissions monitoring system (CEMS) access ports, structural loading, and integration with the upstream emissions control system. Both standalone and system-integrated stack configurations are available.
Dilution Air Blowers
Where SCR system inlet temperatures exceed catalyst operating limits, dilution air systems reduce exhaust temperature to an acceptable range. EcoCAT designs dilution air blower systems as an integrated component of the overall SCR system design, ensuring uniform air introduction without compromising catalyst distribution or system pressure drop.
Dampers
EcoCAT supplies isolation, control, and diverter dampers for use within emissions control system ductwork. Damper selection and sizing is integrated into the overall ductwork design, with actuator selection and controls integration coordinated with the EcoCAT control system architecture.
